CH HOUSE 

Overview:

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Chicago, this 240 SQM single-family residence is not just a living space; it’s a dynamic embodiment of the city’s spirit. Inspired by Chicago’s blend of tradition and innovation, the design of the CH House mirrors the city’s dynamic rhythm. Our goal was to infuse functionality with aesthetics, ensuring each corner of the house resonates with the inhabitants’ dynamic lifestyle.

Design Concept:

Situated on a narrow plot, with little natural light, the architectural project had to adapt and integrate two strategically placed skylights, flooding the interior with daylight and creating an ambiance of openness.

The house’s layout is meticulously planned to maximize space utilization, while ensuring fluid movement and interaction within the house.

The interior design employs materials that speak to the senses; tactile surfaces, natural finishes, and a harmonious color palette that evoke a sense of warmth and welcome. The bright and inviting color palette was carefully selected to make the rooms appear more spacious and create a comfortable atmosphere.
